PROMOTING NGDS MEMBERSHIP
Through special events, projects, monthly meetings and other activities, the North Georgia Dental Society fosters fellowship among its members.

As an organization we have a proud legacy beginning in 1913 when a group of minority dentists were challenged with circumstances that lead to the organization of the NGDS.
We inherit the privilege to belong to this organization and practice dentistry into the future on a foundation that was created by the effort and sacrifices of our predecessors.

We anticipate future challenges and success as we strive to continue the legacy of providing dental health education and treatment. We welcome members to participate, contribute and sustain this effort.

THE NORTH GEORGIA DENTAL SOCIETY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The North Georgia Dental Society Scholarship Program encourages dental students to pursue dental education by providing financial awards to current students enrolled in dental schools. To qualify, applicants must be a member of the Student National Dental Association. Preference is given to students who reside in Georgia, or who resided in Georgia prior to enrollment in dental school. The scholarships are awarded based on criteria included in the scholarship application. Funds are limited and students are encouraged to apply for other sources of financial aid. The scholarship application is included in the attachment below.
